The Long Lab welcomes new MS students Emily Lowrimore and Alexis Means, and new PhD students Ryan Martin and Bryan Spencer!
Four new graduate students joined the Long Lab this fall to pursue exciting research projects on energetics and nutrition across four western States. Emily Lowrimore and Alexis Means will be studying relationships among nutrition, behavior and demography of bighorn sheep in the John Day River drainage in Oregon, Ryan Martin will be studying the nutritional and behavioral ecology of bighorn sheep in Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming, and Bryan Spencer will be studying moose thermal energetics and nutrition in Alaska and Idaho.
